How I Approach Natural Stress Relief
In each session, I use muscle monitoring to identify where your body is holding stress—physically, emotionally or energetically. From there, I apply a range of non-invasive techniques that may help diffuse the stress response.
Your session may include:
Gentle acupressure point holding
Chakra and meridian balancing
Sound therapy (e.g. tuning forks)
Emotional release and affirmation techniques

This process doesn’t require you to retell your story or revisit trauma. Your body guides me, (Megan) to where there is trapped stress or energy blocks, and I simply follow its cues.
