How Kinesiology Works

Kinesiology blends principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian therapy, and modern biofeedback techniques to access the body's energy systems. The process is based on the idea that stress and emotional blockages can manifest as physical symptoms, low energy, and emotional imbalances.

Using muscle testing, I assess where stress is held in the body and apply corrective techniques such as:

  • Acupressure and meridian balancing

  • Chakra alignment

  • Tuning fork (sound)  therapy

  • Affirmation and mindset reprogramming

  • Breathing exercises for relaxation and other take home techniques. 

  • Overall stress reduction

By working with the body's natural biofeedback system, kinesiology supports mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being.

What Happens in a Kinesiology Session?  

Each session begins with a discussion about your health history, current concerns, and personal goals. If you're unsure about what you want to work on, that’s completely normal—I guide you through the process to help uncover the root causes of stress.

During an in-person session, you’ll remain fully clothed and lie on a massage table while I use gentle muscle monitoring to assess energetic imbalances. Once stress points are identified, I apply corrective techniques, such as holding acupressure points, using sound healing tools, and balancing meridians, to release blocked energy and restore harmony.

For online (remote) sessions, I use surrogate muscle testing, a method that allows me to connect to your energy field and assess imbalances without physical contact. This technique is based on energy connectivity and quantum physics, making it just as effective as in-person kinesiology.

What You Might Experience During and After a Session

Kinesiology is a deeply relaxing and restorative process. Some clients feel an immediate sense of lightness, clarity, and emotional release, while others notice subtle shifts over the following days.
